We run gold panning courses and tuition all year round and we take you to some of the most beautiful and remote parts of Scotland. A typical day course is approximately 4 hours long (longer if you wish) and it would take an average person, who is self-taught, around 5 years to gain the same amount of knowledge. We will supply all the required equipment including waders and gold panning licence.
We now run a gold panning course once a month for the Museum of lead mining at Wanlockhead Scotland’s highest village. This course is informal and great fun with a group of like-minded people but still learn the craft of being a gold digger.
